Hamburg mobile service provider and Deutsche Post break new ground in mobile message delivery.
SMS have become an indispensable part of important business processes for many companies. Whenever critical information such as alerting or authorizing (mTAN) needs to be delivered fast, user-friendly text messaging comes into action.
In times when private message exchange happens increasingly via messaging apps such as WhatsApp or SIMSme, more and more companies like to profit from these cost savings for the end-user without having to compromise when it comes to the topic of secure message delivery. At this year’s MWC in Barcelona whatever mobile GmbH from Hamburg will present their latest mobile messaging platform which allows a modern, secure and at the same time cost-efficient message delivery system for businesses. In accordance with individual customer needs an optimized combination of technologies comes into effect in which the new platform checks in a predetermined sequence the message delivery via a number of methods and technologies.
Deutsche Post is one of the first companies that whatever mobile could win as an exclusive delivery partner. Within milliseconds the new platform first verifies the highly secure, low-cost delivery to the end-user’s mobile phones via Deutsche Post’s SIMSme App. Only in case the receiver does not have the app installed does the next possible delivery method of SMS come into play. The use of the SIMSme App has multiple advantages for whatever mobile’s customers. Not only can the App be installed at no cost on all common mobile devices but it also guarantees a complete end-to-end encryption.
The transfer to the messaging platform takes place simultaneously with the text message transfer without the client having to make any technological adjustments.
Jette Sponholz, product owner at whatever mobile states: “Most solutions for app messaging fail due to the limited availability of the app. We are very proud to have won Deutsche Post and their SIMSme App as an exclusive partner. Due to the wide distribution of the SIMSme App companies are able to significantly reduce costs on their part.”
Let the team of messaging experts at whatever mobile introduce you to the future of text messaging at this year’s Barcelona Mobile World Congress. Between March 2nd-5th you can find them at the stand of Berlin Partners in Hall 7, booth G21.
